In this Role, the Finance Performance Lead provide analysis of financial performance, challenge management in decision-making process and foster performance improvement.

MAIN MISSION

  • Provide accurate and effective management reporting related to trend analysis for future forecasts
  • Responsible for COGS calculations during Budget
  • Business Partner for Manufacturing, Supply & Manufacturing excellence teams on site
  • Play an active role in identifying areas to maintain/decrease cost of good
  • Performance follow up for valorization of improvement plans, follow up of implementation and identifications of mitigating actions
  • Provide accurate analysis of Manufacturing Industrial Performance during monthly reporting (Yield, Added Value...)
  • Contribute to execution of key optimization/transformation projects

OTHER

  • Support to prepare investments business cases, payback calculations
  • Key User Controlling for ERP Athena (GPAO)

PROFILE

Professional Experience

  • 3/5 Years’ experience in Finance as IA Finance Business Partner

  • Pack Office/SAP/TM1 is a +
  • Financial/analytical Ability
  • Accounting & Costing methods
  • Recognized capacity to serve as a Business Partner among peers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously and effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization
  • Strong inter-cultural skills and eagerness to work in an international setting
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as communication skills to build commitment create adherence and report to management
  • Fluency in English
