Main Responsibilities
In an environment of 210 people, the Management Team Assistant/Coordinator supports the Chief Growth Hub Officer and the Management Committee on a daily basis and transversal projects.
Provide logistic & administrative support to the GH Head: complex agenda with key appointments, preparation of trips, meetings
Support to the GH management committee: specific events as Brand Strategy week, offsite meetings, workshops
Facilitation and organization of living-together activities with team members: integration, team building, communication, advice
Management of the Help Desk / Resident Services with the Site Management
Production and updating of documents for the GH Community: practical book, organization charts, distribution list, Let’s Talks
Liaise with the others Executive Assistants of the CLT Members
As a back-up: follow-up of purchase requests and budget
