We're looking for an Inside Sales Rep. to join our growing team in West Henrietta, NY, Hybrid arrangement can be considered.

The Position:
As a critical member of the Global Critical Infrastructure Sales Team, the Inside Sales position supports our overall business goals by driving sales and customer relationships to achieve annual targets. Primary interactions are with Customers, Key Accounts, System Integrators, Sales Managers, Applications Engineering, Product Management and OEM Partners. Inside Sales is responsible for supporting business opportunities, assisting in managing existing customers / key account relationships and upselling new or additional products and services. This position requires occasional travel, up to 15%.
The Day to Day:
• Co-operate with sales managers to manage customers and channel partners throughout the sales process.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, 3rd party resellers and channel partners.
• Extensive phone and E-mail interaction with customers, sales managers, and channel partners.
• Perform check in calls to existing customers to uncover new business opportunities with guidance and support from Sales Managers.
• Interact on a regular basis with Sales Managers on leads, opportunities, and account status.
• Be accountable for taking leads generated by Marketing and converting them to opportunities for the assigned perimeters (territory, market, or products).
• Support Sales Managers in managing documents, end user forms, and purchase order updates.
• Enter, maintain, and keep current CRM/Salesforce contact and opportunity data.

Profil recherché

What you Bring to Safran:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with technical products sold or supported into B2B or B2G markets
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant technical field
• Experience working with technical, GNSS, RF or Communications systems a plus
• Experience using CRM tools (such as SalesForce) a plus
• Proven work experience as in Customer support, Inside sales, Account Manager and or Outside Sales
• Highly detailed with a proven track record of success
• Technical sales aptitude and a willingness to learn new technology and products
• Self -starter confident, committed and enthusiastic
