The Software RTOS Engineer, will be responsible for the development of a software assigned perimeter in a strong team of engineers working on hi-tech embedded applicative software.
You will be part of Software Engineering Department which has multidisciplinary teams across multiple Safran sites working together to provide innovative, future products of high technological value in aeronautical, land and maritime industries.
You will work in close collaboration with the Reseach&Development headquarters of Safran Electronics and Defense in France. In the short term, you will join a task force dedicated to Low Level Testing.
You will have the responsibility of your assigned perimeter of Low Level Testing activities, as a Team member. In this context you will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager and operationally to the Tech Lead.
Working with others, you shall responsible for:
- ensuring the highest level of quality for your deliverables;
- respecting deadlines provided to you by the Tech Lead;
- handling the development of your software assigned perimeter by working with other technical stake holders (from MBD, Hardware and/or Product engineering);
- raising awareness on technical and deadline risks related to your deliverables;
- assessing your progress and presenting it to the Tech Lead, offering options when requested.
