Job description
We’re looking for an UX Designer to join our Product team with a great interest in the Data world.
You’ll be working in a fully Agile Product team in direct relations with Back-end Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Testers, Product Managers.
The Saagie Design team is part of the Product team composed of Merwan, Product Designer and Audrey, UX Designer.
Your missions:
🔎 Discovery
- Work closely with product managers
- Identify user needs and pains
- Create a strong knowledge of our users
- Create new features and improve existing product
🏭 Delivery
- Create flows, low and high fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to our design system
- Collaborate with our engineers to ensure a good implementation and maintain product quality
📊 Analysis
- Be able to measure the impact of your product
- Gather data and improve our feedback process
- Improve our processes about user knowledge

Additional Information
- Location: Rouen or Paris office (France), or remotely (Limited to +/- 2h from GMT+1 timezone)
- Contract: permanent
- EU work permit needed
Preferred experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as UX Designer
- French and English speaking (minimum intermediate level for each)

Recruitment process
- Video interview with Merwan, Product Designer, and Cédric, Head of Product Engineering.
- Technical review with the Design Team.
- One day interview, in our office (Rouen) or in a video call, to meet your future teammates and talk about tech.
