We are hiring a Senior Account Executive – Venture Capital to drive Roundtable’s expansion in France, our core market, while contributing to the company’s broader European growth.
As we expand across new geographies and asset classes, onboarding increasingly sophisticated clients (VCs, syndicates, family offices, investment banks and founders), you will play a central role in strengthening our leadership in France.
Beyond driving revenue, you will work at the intersection of investment partnerships, ecosystem development and strategic growth, contributing to establishing Roundtable as the new standard for private market infrastructure.
As part of this role, you will:
Own and drive the full investment sales cycle in France, with a strong outbound focus, building pipeline, engaging new VC firms and syndicates, and closing high-stakes transactions.
Ensure conversion and seamless execution of live deals, working closely with Legal and Operations teams.
Build long-term relationships with leading venture capital partners, angel syndicates and investment professionals.
Translate market insights into actionable feedback for Product and leadership.
Implement scalable, automated sales workflows to increase efficiency and deal velocity.
As part of our Founding Sales team in France, you will help shape how Roundtable grows, structures and positions itself in a market that is still being defined.
While we have reached strong product-market fit and are scaling rapidly across Europe, we are still in the early stages of building the long-term infrastructure of private markets. You will contribute directly to shaping it.

Experience: You have 4+ years in high-performance environments (venture capital, fintech, private markets or high-growth startups) and proven ability to close complex B2B deals or investment transactions.
Ecosystem exposure: You are comfortable engaging VC partners, founders, investment professionals and legal advisors.
Market understanding: You have a strong interest in venture and private markets, with a solid understanding of fundraising dynamics.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership beyond your scope and constantly look for better ways to execute.
Rigor & discretion: You combine strong client commitment with exceptional attention to detail, handling confidential, high-stakes investment processes with precision and discretion.
Language: You are fluent in French and English, as you will operate in an international team and engage with investment stakeholders across multiple European markets.
