We are looking for a Marketing Lead to support the structuration of and execute marketing strategy in order to build the Roundtable Brand and generate new leads. As one of the first employees, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Co-Founder and CEO. Working hand in hand with the founders will give you access to a unique work experience: get immersed in the startup creation process, face and solve strategic and practical business challenges, get a central role in the exciting early stages of a company, work closely with sales, tech and product teams.
Your responsibilities as Marketing Lead :
Marketing Strategy development : Collaborate with founders to support the ongoing structuration and adjustment of the Marketing Strategy. Your goal is to reinforce the Roundtable brand and generate valuable leads.
Persona Refinement: Work closely with the sales and product teams to refine and update target personas, ensuring marketing efforts are consistent.
Channels and supports prioritization: Identify and prioritize the right communication channels to reach our target audience.
Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar, recruit and coordinate a content team of freelances to execute it and ensure efficient content distribution. Support the building of a Roundtable Academy to support ecosystem education
SEO Coordination: Collaborate closely with an SEO agency to optimize Roundtable’s online presence.
Event management: Build and manage events to facilitate connections with our ecosystem (clients, partners, ambassadors, market).
Brand presence: Identify where Roundtable should be present (online and physically) Maintain and ensure Roundtable’s presence to build brand trust and awareness.
Paid Media: Evaluate and refine paid media and sponsorship strategy, ensuring a positive ROI
PR: Collaborate with the CEO and the agency to coordinate efforts PR and boost Roundtable’s visibility.
Management (future): Participate in the development of the marketing team and support the growth and international expansion
Tracking: Set up and follow an effective tracking systems for marketing initiatives.

Experience: You have 4+ years of experience in marketing positions in an environment where trust in the brand is core!
Language: You speak and write French and English perfectly.
