About the role

As a Fund Ops Associate, you’ll work closely with Zaineb, our Lead Funds Operations, to ensure the smooth and compliant execution of day-to-day fund operations.

You will be instrumental in building and scaling the operational backbone of our venture capital structure, supporting activities across fund administration, compliance, investor onboarding, and process improvement.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who thrives in structured and fast-paced environments, enjoys working across stakeholders (legal, finance, tech), and is eager to grow within the world of private markets and investment operations.

About the mission

Daily Fund Operations

  • Assist with funds capital events such as closings, capital calls and distributions,

  • Support the onboarding process for investors (KYC/KYB), ensuring all compliance requirements are met,

  • Maintain fund registers and manage accurate data entry in internal systems,

  • Support fund accounting processes: ensure proper documentation flow, coordinate with the fund admin for bookkeeping accuracy, and reconcile key operations internally

  • Help monitor the status of fund workflows and flag inconsistencies or delays;

Compliance & Coordination

  • Perform first reviews of KYC/AML documentation,

  • Coordinate with external service providers: AIFM, fund administrators, legal counsel, auditors, banks,

  • Ensure internal and external processes are aligned with regulatory and operational standards.

Structuring & Process Optimisation

  • Contribute to fund structuring efforts in close collaboration with legal and strategy teams

  • Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives, in collaboration with the product and tech teams,

  • Identify bottlenecks in fund ops and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.


Profil recherché

About you

  • Education: You have a Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent (a major on finance or operations is a plus),

  • Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in an operations role (fund admin/transfer agent/fund accounting/audit background). Experience in a legal tech company is a plus.

  • Language: You are fluent in French and English.

  • Interest: You have a genuine interest in angel investing and the world of venture capital.

  • Entrepreneurial: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have a lot of responsibility. We are a seed-stage startup so you can help grow your role as you see fit.
