We are looking for our first internal Accountant to lead the structuring and internalization of our SPV accounting operations.
In this role, you’ll:
Manage daily SPV accounting including bookkeeping, journal entries, and annual accounts.
Oversee cash reconciliations, bank movements, and ensure accurate tracking across entities.
Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
Support month-end closings and ensure data consistency across the group.
Lead the migration of SPV accounting processes in-house, structuring scalable workflows and driving automation in collaboration with our product and tech teams.
Act as the internal accounting expert, ensuring compliance and best practices are applied throughout.
Build the future of our finance stack: this role will evolve into managing internal accounting for Roundtable and multiple entities.
You will act as the internal reference point, supported by external mentors and specialists when needed, while fully owning the operational execution.
You hold a Master’s or a University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
You have minimum 5-8 years’ experience in full-set accounting, with SPV or Private Equity, or Asset Management exposure
You are fluent in English and French. German or any additional language is a plus
You have a strong understanding of Lux GAAP or French GAAP rules; knowledge of any other GAAP is a plus
You thrive in structuring processes from scratch and improving workflows.
You are rigorous, organised, able to meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
You have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP tools is a plus (not mandatory)
Most importantly, you are eager to take ownership and enjoy working cross-functionally with finance, product, and tech teams.
