Job description

Your mission

Interested in the automotive industry and innovation? Become an expert in connected vehicles and support our clients for implementing and supporting telematics programs for our customers (AI projects, behavioral analysis, enhanced security programs, CO2 reduction etc….). You will join our team in Wollerau (south of Zurich, Switzerland). You will be reporting to ARMAYA AG, Bitbrew’s partner and exclusive distributor for Europe, in a multi-cultural team with close relationship with BITBREW’s centers of excellence in the US (Detroit and San Francisco).

After an initial 2-week training with the BITBREW technical team in the US, you will be able to handle and assist our clients to set up, monitor and enhance their projects for connected vehicles in Europe. You will work in a start-up atmosphere in the middle of the beautiful region of “Schwitz” between mountains and lakes.

Your profile

You possess a strong ability to listen, and you have a gregarious personality. You are self-driven.
Very comfortable with IT tools, you can quickly learn new software packages and use them proficiently. You have some coding experience (like python) and you are comfortable with Excel (formulas, macros etc.…). You also have some SQL knowledge. Technologies Used: Cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed web and mobile applications, microservices, analytics, high performance databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), complex network and security implementations.

Ideally you have 2-5 years of experience with Paas or Saas solutions. You are a Schwitz resident or EU citizen and ready to live in Switzerland. You are proficient in written and spoken English and you speak one other European language like German or French.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for program management, provide technical and transformational expertise to meet customer’s business and support objectives, translate them into an actionable plan and drive implementation to deliver time to market solutions for customers using industry best practices.

In particular:

  • Capture business and technical requirements from partners and customers
  • Create reference architectures, evangelize and educate about our platform as a service (PaaS) solution
  • Demonstrate platform services, APIs, web services and business solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user requests
  • Provide technical support either remotely or on-premises depending on customer needs
  • Identify performance issues, analyze problems, and develop solutions
  • Engage in service delivery planning in partnership with the account team and strengthen customer relationship with technical support and delivery for multiple accounts in the assigned region or territory
  • Collect customer feedback on products and services and provide weekly updates and reports to cross functional teams
  • Document business and technical requirements, processes, architectural decisions and provide proactive delivery communications
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Customer Success team

Preferred experience

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics or Equivalent Engineering degree
  • Extensive experience working in a customer facing role articulating business and technical value
  • Working knowledge of cloud native architectures, supporting enterprise customers by removing barriers, and delivering time to market solutions
  • Excellent written and presentation skills using the latest tools and technologies. Must be proficient in English, German and or French
  • Good understanding of Web Services, API’s, Microservices, structure and unstructured data formats and message driven architectures
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently while coordinating with other team members
