We’re looking for a Publishing & Partnerships Manager to play a key role in expanding our game catalog on Minecraft. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new publishing deals, exploring licensing and acquisition opportunities, and shaping innovative, protable partnerships with creators and studios. Your mission: unlock the full business potential of the Minecraft UGC ecosystem
Game acquisitions (M&A): Identify and acquire promising UGC titles or studios to expand our Minecraft catalog
Publishing deals: Sign new games and creators under the Rivrs label to grow our portfolio
Licensing out: Bring our original IPs to new regions, platforms, or third-party studios through strategic licensing.
Brand partnerships: Integrate brands into our existing games or co-develop custom UGC projects for external partners.
Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor content KPIs (downloads, retention, revenue), extract insights, and iterate to improve results and protability across the catalog.
Scout Market Trends: Stay ahead of evolving trends in Minecraft, sandbox ecosystems, and UGC to anticipate shifts and inform roadmap decisions.
2+ years experience in publishing, partnerships, or production within the gaming or UGC space.
Strong knowledge of Minecraft —and ideally as someone familiar with the Minecraft UGC ecosystem.
Data-savvy, able to interpret content performance and drive iterative improvement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage external relationships with creators and studios.
Autonomous, organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
Bonus: Experience in other UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite Creative, GTA RP, etc.)
