With successful projects on Minecraft and Roblox, we continue to invest heavily in Roblox, and we’re hiring a Marketing Artist 2D/3D to craft high-performing thumbnails and icons. Your job? Make sure users want to click before they even know what the game is about.

What you’ll do
Design icons and thumbnails for Roblox games that drive clicks and retention.
Create engaging 2D/3D visuals optimized for high CTR and player acquisition.
Experiment with color, composition, and staging to test what performs best.
Model, texture, light, and render simple 3D scenes or assets to integrate into marketing visuals.
Run A/B tests on visuals, monitor CTR, and explore trends to iterate and improve.
Organize your production workflow to meet deadlines and deliver polished, ready-to-use assets.
Help build internal graphic guidelines to ensure consistency and reusability.
What you bring
Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar): composition, color balance, visual storytelling.
Hands-on with Blender, Maya, or equivalent for modeling, lighting, and rendering.
Familiarity with performance marketing logic: you see visuals as a lever for growth.
Comfortable analyzing visual performance data (CTR, conversions).
Curious, fast learner, eager to explore AI tools and visual automation.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
You are
1 to 3 years of experience in mobile gaming, digital advertising, or YouTube/creator visuals.
A mix of creative eye and business sense — you design with impact in mind.
Highly organized and comfortable working fast in a test & learn environment.
Fluent in English and French
