Missions

  • Overview the product architecture & tech choices
  • Support the dev team, with Code Review, Pair-Reviews
  • Deep-dive into technical subjects when necessary
  • Create tools & processes to improve output quality and efficiency of the team
  • Bring a technical point of view to product decisions
  • Recruit new team members & make sure their onboarding is complete
  • Coach team members to make sure they can reach their full potential

Role Outcomes

  • The tech team works efficiently to reach the milestones. The cooperation with the rest of the team is tight.
  • The code, tests, tools and overall architecture are coherent and of good quality. The technical debt is managed and, if necessary, reworks & re-architecting are done smoothly.
  • The app is performant, even on cheaper devices and the server costs are managed, even at scale.

Profil recherché

Hard Skills

  • Team management skills (mentoring, team spirit, organisation)
  • Technical polyvalence. Learning quickly when experience lacks.
  • Handling Cloud Architecture (ideally: GCP)
  • Fluent in english (oral & written)
  • Some of : mobile development (Flutter), backend development, web development (the back-office)
  • Basic web3 knowledge / interest to learn (ideally Solana or Ethereum)
  • Basic Product design skills (possibly in gaming)

Soft Skills
