As the right-hand of the CEO, you will be in charge of supporting the CEO in his tasks, understanding Reverso key challenges, finding innovative solutions and developing action plans matching the company’s strategy and values.
Your main tasks will be to:
Prepare and participate in top management meetings, drafting summary notes
Participate and follow up on business meetings with clients and partners
Assist with administrative matters, in collaboration with internal and external teams
Participate in the creation, monitoring and analysis of KPIs by producing reports and dashboards
Seek productivity enhancement opportunities in each department: contribute to process creation, mapping current systems, designing internal training, automations implementation, benchmarking digital tools that will allow to scale
Build and develop relationships with employees and external collaborators to increase transparency and efficiency
Assist in the preparation of company events and meetings: preparation of upstream briefs, preparation of schedules, summary notes
Support the management team operationally

Currently enrolled in a top business or engineering school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, École Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Ponts et Chaussées, Mines Paris, ENSAE)
A first experience in strategy consulting or a related field is a strong plus
Proactive, dynamic, and capable of working independently
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with solid analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable managing projects and adapting to fast-paced, evolving environments
Curious, hands-on, and quick to learn new tools and concepts
Proficient with digital tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with modern productivity platforms (e.g., Notion)
Fluency in both French and English is essential
