In a few words: You will be the technical architect and delivery driver of healthcare interoperability projects, connecting hospitals to our remote patient monitoring platform while industrializing our internal EAI infrastructure.
How your role contributes to Resilience's success: You are the key to unlocking our 2026 scale-up. By deploying interoperability for our new and existing centers, you directly impact revenue activation, cost reduction, and our ability to expand internationally.
What your daily life looks like:
Technical Deployment & Project Management (60%): Lead end-to-end implementation for customers, from kick-off and specs validation with hospital IT teams, through testing, to Go-Live, ensuring deadlines are met.
EAI Development & Configuration (20%): Design, script, and configure data flows (HL7v2, FHIR R4, HPRIM, IHE) directly on our InterSystems IRIS engine, applying R&D thinking to delivery.
Support & Pre-sales (20%): Assist on complex L2/L3 support tickets and contribute to technical pre-sales meetings to reassure prospective hospital CIOs and IT Directors.
A few words about your manager: Tanguy is a strategic thinker who balances R&D innovation with operational delivery. He's currently managing Strategy, Core EAI R&D, Deployment, Support and Pre-sales and aims to build a strong technical team with you to tackle the surge in projects, working side-by-side on both R&D and field deployments.
The little ➕ about your team: You'll work at the intersection of Tech and Operations, collaborating closely with Implementation Managers, the Core Product Team, the Backend developers, and Sales. You'll have full autonomy on your projects and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly connects hospitals to life-changing patient care.
⚙️ You're the right person if you know how to:
Work with Health Interoperability Standards: HL7v2 (ADT/ORU/SIU), IHE PAM, HPRIM, HL7 FHIR.
Use an Integration Engine (EAI): understanding data transformation logic is a must-have; experience with InterSystems IRIS/Ensemble (ObjectScript) is a huge plus
Code or script: basic scripting abilities to troubleshoot and customize flows
Manage IT projects: coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a hospital environment
🙂 You're the right person if you are:
An autonomous problem solver who can troubleshoot a blocked data flow independently
A credible communicator who can hold technical and strategic discussions with hospital CIOs and IT directors
Rigorously organized and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
Action-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
📃 You're the right person if you have already:
3 years of full-time experience in IT Project Management or Technical Implementation (excluding internships)
Proven knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability Standards (HL7, XML, JSON, FHIR) OR hands-on experience with Integration Tools (EAI, API)
Professional working proficiency in English (B2 minimum)
It's a ➕ if you:
Have worked for healthtech companies.
Have experience in hospital IT departments (work with “DSI”).
Are part of the InterSystems ecosystem (consultants or developers working with InterSystems partners)
"Build & Run": You won't just configure, you'll build connectors on a state-of-the-art EAI (IRIS Health - InterSystems) and take full ownership from A to Z.
Ownership: You'll have complete autonomy over your projects, from technical design to client Go-Live.
Impact: You are the key to connecting hospitals to a life-changing remote patient monitoring solution that improves patient outcomes.
Modern Stack: We're moving fast, deploying at massive scale, and exploring next-gen integrations : this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare interoperability.
Step 1 - Hiring Manager - 30 minutes
Objective: The "Tech & Ops" Validation. Deep dive into hard skills (HL7 v2, EAI logic/InterSystems IRIS) and Project Management methodology. Assessment of autonomy and ability to handle complex hospital IT stakeholders.
Step 2 - Asynchronous Case Study (Home Assignment) : "The Real-Life Scenario". We will send you a realistic case study reflecting a typical challenge in this role.
Step 3 - Hiring Manager - 45 minutes
Objective: Case Study Debrief & Challenge. Based on your deliverable, we will spend this session challenging your proposed strategy.
Step 4 - Engineering Manager (Scalability & Connectivity Branch) - 30 min Objective: Collaboration with Core Tech/Product. Assessment of how the candidate interacts with the Backend team, handles dependencies between the EAI (Exposed Service) and the Platform (Backend/Product Core), reports bugs, and aligns on technical roadmap.
Step 5 - Head of Implementation - 45 min Objective: Delivery & Field Collaboration. Assessment of fit with the Operations team and how you communicate technical constraints to non-tech Implementation Managers to ensure smooth delivery.
Step 6 - Talent Manager - 30 min Objective: Culture Fit. Assessment of alignment with Resilience's values, team dynamics, and long-term vision.
