In order to support the company’s growth and take it to the next level, we are looking for an HR Manager to secure our practices, strengthen our HR policies, support managers and ensure the long-term viability of the function.
In collaboration with founders, managers and the administrative team, your role will be to structure and embody the HR function, combining strategic vision with operational execution.
1. Compliance and HR development
Secure the company by ensuring the compliance with HR practices (CSE, documentation, legal obligations),
Anticipate HR needs: changes, training, interviews, talent reviews,
Support employees throughout their career with the company,
Act as a trusted partner to management on social and regulatory issues.
2. Structure our HR policy
Deploy the salary / compensation & benefits policy (salary grid, benefits, internal consistency),
Build and implement a career paths (career plan, internal mobility),
Strengthen and implement HR processes, by engaging stakeholders.
3. Embody the HR function internally
Be an accessible HR reference for employees,
Support managers on a day-to-day basis (e.g. coaching, feedback, managerial practices, recruitment, etc.),
Help spread our HR culture and values,
Act as an expert relay and a partner for the CEO on HR and management issues.
4. Support management
Train managers in new HR processes, coordinate training plans for team members
Assists managers in recruiting team members,
Develop their leadership posture (coaching, feedback, communication),
Promote alignment with corporate strategy and best practices in the field.
You’ve at least 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role within agile and fast-growing environments,
You’re fluent in both French and English,
You’re skilled at structuring processes and engaging teams around shared goals,
Your interpersonal skills stand out. You’re assertive and comfortable challenging managers and executives when needed,
You work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and rigor.
You understand business challenges and company culture dynamics.
You’re genuinely interested in ESG and sustainability topics.
