Your Role
As AI Content Manager, you will be the architect of our creative ecosystem, combining strategic vision, hands-on content production, and AI-powered innovation. You’ll lead the design of content experiences, oversee production pipelines, and integrate AI tools to maximize efficiency, creativity, and performance.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Brand & Communication, shaping a workflow where human creativity and AI co-create content at scale.
Missions & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, test, and scale innovative content formats (short-form storytelling, interactive experiences, immersive visuals, AI-assisted concepts).
Define and maintain editorial, visual, and AI-driven content guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions leveraging AI-generated ideas to inspire new campaigns and formats.
Coordinate shoots and production, in-house, remote, or freelance, while integrating AI tools to accelerate editing, subtitling, and post-production.
Oversee content pipelines, centralize assets, and ensure smooth workflows for rapid iteration and delivery.
Implement AI-assisted project management to optimize timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead high-impact video editing for social media (short-form, mobile-first, fast-paced) with AI-assisted enhancements.
Supervise junior editors, freelancers, and AI tools, ensuring quality storytelling and visual excellence.
Apply advanced visual storytelling techniques and dynamic pacing to elevate every piece of content.
Explore, test, and implement state-of-the-art AI tools for content creation: scriptwriting, video generation, image/video enhancement, subtitling, and more.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, freeing creative energy for strategy and experimentation.
Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, proposing new tools and workflows to the team.
Monitor content KPIs (views, retention, conversion) and integrate AI-driven insights to refine formats.
Recommend iterative improvements, new angles, and cross-platform adaptations based on data and AI predictions.
Foster a feedback loop between AI insights, creative experimentation, and audience engagement.
Must-have
3+ years of experience in content strategy, production, or creative leadership.
Passion for AI-driven creativity and familiarity with AI content tools (KlingAI, Runway, Pika Labs, etc.)
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent).
Proven ability to conceptualize and produce content for social media
Strong understanding of AI-assisted content workflows and automation.
Excellent visual and editorial storytelling sense.
Highly organized, autonomous, and collaborative.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Fluent in French and English.
