🚀As a Product Manager within the Search Impact Team, you will contribute to shaping the strategic direction, driving team success. Leveraging railway industry knowledge, and delivering innovative search solutions to improve the user experience and expand railway offers coverage
Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Search impact team
Identify opportunities to enhance route coverage, improve search functionality, and optimize the user experience
Drive continuous improvements to increase customer satisfaction and conversion rates through search enhancement
Collaborate closely with other impact teams (Book, Pay, and Care)
Utilize data analysis, user research, and market insights to drive informed decision-making processes within the Search domain
Implement agile methodologies and processes to enable iterative and rapid product development cycles
Qualifications:
🎓 A Master’s degree required in business, computer science, or economics
🥇 We are looking for a senior PM, with 4/6 years of proven in the travel or railway industry
🚂Experience in a similar role, with a focus on leveraging data and analytics to drive product decisions
🗣️ Mandatory English
💻 Focused agile methodologies and product development processes
