📢 As our Product Designer, you will refer to the Head of Design and will belong to the design team. But you’ll also work very closely with engineers and product managers on every subject. We all form a big product team. 💪

Your responsibilities as a Product Designer will be : 

• Collaborate very closely with the Engineering team and the Product Managers team to improve the product - our product organization has recently been split in “Impact team”. 🤝

• Gathering both qualitative and quantitative user feedback but also market insights to identify opportunities and iteratively enhance the user experience, and create new ones. 🙌

• Help evolve brand style guidelines and the future design system. 🆙

• Help to map user typologies and user journeys. 🔍

• Conduct usability tests, and other user research methodologies and create high-fidelity prototypes from A to Z. 💡

• Bridge design and engineering through your understanding of front-end development. 🎯

• Evangelize the Product Design cultures and tooling set.

👨‍🎓 Proven experience as a Product Designer.

💻 Figma has no secret for you. 

🔝 You’ve a product mindset: you’re aware that your work impacts not only users but also the company KPIs, and conversation rates - you also take into account the objectives of the company, the budget, and participate in the schedule management. 

🧩 You’ve already helped building a Design System or improving it and collaborated with a data-analysis team.

🔍 You’ve a component-friendly mindset: no matter the solution you build, you think reusability first and dig into our design system to find the right component before suggesting a new one. 

📚 A learning mindset: you continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment, own growth, and embrace failure as a learning opportunity. 

👍 Experience in e-commerce or mobility is a plus.
