🚅 As our 🆕Cash Manager, you will be part of our transition related to the automation of the treasury function.

We are actively looking for someone who will be able to work manually (Excel) initially, to support the implementation of new tools as well as to define the new associated processes.

Good knowledge of currencies and their management is a prerequisite. In addition, you must be proactive in proposing new reports according to the needs related to the activity.

Your coordination with all the other members of the finance team (suppliers, customers) as well as the Commercial teams & other operational teams will be daily required, your job is vital for us.

Externally, it interacts with all third-party financial and legal partners (including banks, auditors, and chartered accountant service providers) serving Rail Europe.

He assists the Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of materials concerning all aspects of treasury, for general management, directors, and shareholders.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Keeping the bank accounts of the French company and the international subsidiaries

·       Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations

·       Preparation of payments

·       Balancing operation between bank accounts of different currencies

·       Preparation of weekly reporting

·       Currency management

·       Reporting and management with the bank of guarantees received from our customers and issued to our main suppliers.


Profil recherché

Qualifications:

🎓 A bachelor’s degree in finance

🥇 3/5 years of proven experience in Finance with currency management

🚂Experience in a similar role, with technical financial responsibilities (accounting, cash), currency management and the implementation of the automation of the function

🗣️ Mandatory English, French is a plus

💻 Office 365, analytical tools, ERP

📌 Results oriented, dynamic, initiative-taking, rigorous, communication, team player, tech lover.
