JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION:

Qynapse is seeking a dedicated EMEA Clinical Application Specialist to join our Healthcare business unit. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to revolutionize Central Nervous System (CNS) disease diagnosis and treatment through AI-powered neuroimaging technologies. The specialist will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

Clinical Marketing:

  • Lead data aggregation projects across various centers to support robust marketing claims.

  • Lead clinical projects in partnership with Marketing & Product teams, generating valuable data for marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver medical education materials through diverse platforms, including webinars and clinical case studies.

  • Represent Qynapse at various congresses, enhancing product visibility and fostering medical relations.

Clinical Support:

  • Guide discussions on clinical and imaging protocols with clients, ensuring optimal application and understanding.

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive customer adoption plans, facilitating smooth transitions and integrations.

  • Manage indirect channels by providing clinical training, follow-ups, and support to partners.

  • Offer clinical customer support, acting as the primary contact for feedback collection and product improvement suggestions.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Master of Science (or equivalent) degree in a field related to medical imaging.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in neuroimaging, with a solid understanding of CNS disorders.

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive in managing responsibilities.

  • Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. French language skills are a plus.


Profil recherché

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Expert knowledge of CNS disorders or/and imaging protocols.

  • Proven track record in business/technical project management, with strong analytical abilities.

  • Proficient in internal and client-facing communication.

  • Experience or knowledge in clinical collaborations and familiarity with regulatory standards (HDS, C5, G-cloud UK, HiTrust, HIPAA, GDPR) is advantageous.

Location:

  • The position is based in Paris, with a preference for a hybrid work configuration. Full remote work is also considered.
