What to expect:

Your main mission will be the supervision of all SYB Operations in Belgium.
From the sourcing of ingredients to customer delivery, including procurement and order preparation, you will ensure the performance and operational excellence of all businesses. Responsible for the proper execution of the service, you will be a source of proposals to co-construct the evolution of the SYB offer with the Management. Your contacts will be multiple both within the company, with service providers (logistics, transport, etc.) and suppliers.
This position is based in Brussels.

Your mission in detail:

● You will be responsible for the performance of SYB’s operational and supply chain
● You will define the organization, processes and logistics standards optimized across all businesses to ensure the best quality of service and cost optimization in a continuous improvement process
● You will manage service providers / suppliers and their performance (definition of KPIs, animation of governance bodies, competition, continuous optimization, etc.)
● You will manage the sourcing of goods to find the best ingredients integrated in the baskets
● You will put in place the tools necessary to manage the overall performance of Operations (Quality of service, productivity, costs, etc.)
● You will manage a supply manager in charge of supplier orders and the provision of ingredients for the warehouse

You are the one we need

● You are bilingual French / English; Dutch intermediate level.
● You have at least 4-5 years of successful experience in a logistics position
● You have an analytical profile and you are comfortable with data mining and IT tools,
● You are flexible, responsive; you like to manage operations, and you are action and results oriented,
● You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and are able to react quickly to the unexpected, and you know how to provide solutions to preserve the customer experience,
● You know how to lead projects and lead process improvement,
● You are comfortable in the field to support the operational start-up of new suppliers.
