Objective

Quadient is looking for a Project Manager to lead transversal Transformation, M&A integrations / divestments projects. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Operations, the Strategic Initiatives Office Project Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders across Quadient to drive strategic initiatives that are critical to our transformation journey.

You will be accountable for enabling large teams across the business to move faster and smarter via transversal project management. This role will work with business leaders and peers within other support functions.


Responsability

The SIO Project Manager is responsible for the following tasks:

  • You will lead and support the design and execution of Quadient’s transformation projects, M&A integrations / divestments projects and other identified cross-functional large-scale projects. 
  • You will be accountable for large scale project management from ideation to delivery, defining project goals and requirements, build project plans & driving project teams toward completion.
  • You will plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for strategic initiatives including:
    • Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
    • Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
    • Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
    • Managing multiple, interrelated projects
  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues across Quadient to translate our strategic vision into achievable action plans, holding teams accountable to deadlines and for execution of deliverables. 
  • You will create a continuous improvement culture that automatically drives the initiatives on a consistent basis, ultimately to generate multi-year value creation strategies. 
  • You will provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on prioritization of activities impacted by the Strategic Initiatives Office.


Experience, knowledge and skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
    • Advanced business degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, but not required
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in relevant work experience
    • Prior experience at a top-tier consultancy firm focusing on transformation programs / M&A integration and divestiture
    • Executive level presence, with the ability to present to all management levels within Quadient
    • Fluent English / German is an advantage.
