As a Lead Transfers & Reconciliation, you you will inspire and empower a talented team of 4 to deliver exceptional service for our clients while protecting Qonto interests at the same time.

You will improve the performance of our current payment systems (Sepa & Swift) while managing the launch of new payment features.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Lead Transfer & Reconciliation at Qonto, you will

• Manage and grow your team on strong expertise in payments systems (Sepa, Swift, Reconciliation, Ficoba)

• Drive the implementation of new features or processes linked to Sepa & Swift but also other strategic features for Qonto.

• Improve payment systems to increase customer satisfaction, optimize efficiency and losses for Qonto

• Manage provider's relationships and be their point of contact

• Benefit from a unique and powerful learning system

🤝 About your future manager

Your manager will be Amaury, our Head of Banking Operations.

His path: He started his career in a consulting firm specialized in financial services. He joined early-stage Fintech to launch payment systems. He joined Qonto 1 year and a half ago to lead the Banking Ops team.

What he can bring to you: Help you grow as a manager, improve project management expertise and strengthen your payment expertise.

🏅About You

Mastery: You are familiar with payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT).

Leadership: You have a successful experience of 2 years managing a team.

Project management: You know how to scope a project and deliver it with time and resources constraints

Stakeholder management: You are used to working in a cross-functional environment and with external partners.

Languages: You are bilingual in French and fluent in English.
