As our future English Language Copywriter, you will be asked to help the EN Content Team to produce clear, engaging, impactful, transparent copy across multiple formats and channels.

We are a growing team of English speakers with an ever-increasing need to produce spot-on content in a variety of contexts; from internal comms to legal T&Cs.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an English Language Copywriter at Qonto, you will

• Write & edit content following our brand and voice/tone standards and ensure that all English copy - whether created in-house or externally - meets our Tone of Voice guidelines.

• Support our different teams and channels with copywriting needs by creating marketing copy across brand, internal and external comms, CRM, social, paid media, landing pages, case studies, HR, corporate, etc.

• Produce high-quality and user-centric content to educate our audience and prospects, either about business finance management or the industry: articles, infographics, emails, white papers, video scripts, etc.

• Bring a data-driven mindset to the EN Content Team, by guiding team members in effective best practices and by sharing content performance analyses to help us improve

• Their path: Having spent time on both sides of the Channel, Hannah has worked in several different aspects of communication and marketing - from PR, market analysis, and B2B marketing communications, to content production - her most recent experience saw her lead a team of 5 people in producing high-quality content and events for financial services professionals.

• What they can bring to you: Hannah believes in empowering team members to support their growth and fuel their work interests as much as possible. She is open to new ideas, and always willing to challenge the status quo. Her role is to support the EN Content Team in their personal development, but also to be the guardian of great working practices, and to facilitate the team’s tasks on a daily basis.

🏅 About You

• Experience: You have 4+ years of content experience in-house at a brand, startup or scale-up, digital marketing agency, or online publisher. Bonus points for B2B experience.

• Strategic and hands-on copywriter: You have demonstrated the ability to craft clean, thoughtful copy in a distinct brand voice.

• Language: You have flawless written and verbal communication skills in English. You are also fluent in French and are confident in localizing French-first content into English.

• Content marketing: You are proficient in content best practices across marketing, social, video, email, ads, and web. You also have a basic knowledge of SEO.

• Strong attention to detail: You have an excellent command of grammar, punctuation, AP Style, and basic web-writing principles with an editor’s eye (proofreading experience is a bonus).

• Clear and effective communicator: You are able to quickly grasp complex concepts and express them clearly.

• Highly collaborative and a self-starter: You can concept on the fly and collaborate with anyone to get things done.

• Analytical mindset: You can take a step back from content in order to better understand why something does (or does not) work. You are comfortable looking at behind-the-scenes figures in order to support your analyses. You can then act on your analyses.

• Project management: You are highly organized and have experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a relevant field.

Please provide a portfolio of work that shows a range of content you’ve created, such as blog posts, emails, and social media posts.
