👩💻🧑💻 As a Corporate Development Project Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Lead and execute major corporate development projects from A to Z, including post-merger integrations.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments (Strategy, Legal, Finance, Growth, Product, People, etc.) to ensure organizational alignment, execution, and ultimately project success.
• Drive strategic problem-solving across business functions, enhancing our capability to tackle complex challenges.
• Develop and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale corporate development projects, ideally in post-merger integrations, preferably in Fintech, SaaS companies, Business Consultancies or Financial Services industries.
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communicator with a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration in a scale-up and international environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and product and tech would be highly appreciated.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) being highly advantageous.
