The main goals are 1/ to build a hiring machine, as being great at hiring is the starting point of becoming a great company, 2/ help Qobra be a fulfilling workplace where people grow as individuals and as a team. This is why this job is both acting as a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner, thus called Talent Manager.

💪 Mission & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  1. Deliver the hiring plan.
  2. Scale the hiring process: job opening, targeting & sourcing, assessment, closing.
  3. Support the hiring managers with the best recruitment practices, helping them identify and define recruitment needs in the organization.
Business Partner
  1. Lay the foundations of methods dedicated to the development and retention of employees: integration process, internal development & trainings, OKRs, career path, fair salary framework, ...
  2. Contribute to the development of the culture of Qobra, to its embodiment and dissemination in the DNA and routine of the team. Organize team building/offsite events.
  3. Make sure management rituals are carefully followed: 30/60/90 days onboarding plan, annual & quarterly reviews, weekly 1:1s, …
  4. Be in charge of monitoring and improving Qobra eNPS, and also employer branding.
  5. Be the person team members can trust and confide in.

Profil recherché

🔍 Experience required

  • You have 5+ years experience in HR, in 40-400 people companies.
  • You have experience in both recruitment and acting as a HR Business Partner (culture, internal development, performance reviews, promotions, salary & career path ...).
  • You already hired 50+ people (sourcing and/or evaluating), and you like sourcing.
  • You already hired for Senior & Leadership positions.
  • You have been part of designing and implementing an onboarding and performance review process.

  • 20' screen call
  • On-site w/ Antoine, CEO
  • Remote case study with the HR team from our investors (Breega)
  • On-site Founders & Management Interview
  • Remote final interview with Advisor

Reference calls with also happen, simultaneously.
