What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.

We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity:

This role focuses on enhancing sales performance and market competitiveness by developing strategic resources, crafting targeted marketing messages, and executing training programs to accelerate the sales cycle, drive product usage, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Market Intelligence:
  • Conduct comprehensive market intelligence to guide informed product roadmap decisions. This involves in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and maintaining up-to-date Competitor Battle Cards to emphasize Pubstack's differentiators. These activities are essential for feeding product development with both local and global market insights, refining strategic positioning, and directing feature development efforts. Ensure sales and customer-facing teams are well-informed about the competitive landscape to enhance sales efficiency and product advocacy.

  • Product Positioning and GTM Strategy:
  • Help maintain distinctive product positioning and craft impactful messages for different personas. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for successful feature/product GTMs.

  • Sales Enablement & Training: I
  • Implement a continuous training and enablement process that empowers all customer-facing and revenue teams. This process should focus on effectively using, pitching, and explaining the value proposition of all features to speed up the sales cycle and boost sales efficiency. Essential resources, including sales decks, use cases, product demos, and detailed objection-handling guides, should be provided. Additionally, measure the impact and efficiency of these training and sales enablement resources for continuous improvement.

  • Customer Empowerment:
  • Enhance customer autonomy and optimize platform usage by creating user guides, videos, and tutorials focused on tangible business benefits. Lead Pubstack Academy to organize webinars and workshops that share best practices and strengthen engagement within our user community.

  • Content Creation:
  • Lead our content strategy aligned with Pubstack's business objectives to support marketing and sales efforts.

    Who are we looking for?

  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
  • Experience in Adtech industry
  • Experienced in sales and/or marketing, knowledge of Product Marketing is a real plus
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business oriented
