What are we looking for in you?

 We are looking for an experienced QA lead who will make us and our clients successful in building and deploying big digital transformation projects, as well as building a QA community within Publicis Sapient France.

We are looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented Quality Assurance Leads who drive decision making based on metrics and constantly strive to get better efficiencies in execution without compromising on quality.

You will be obsessed with quality, highly committed to driving very talented teams working on a variety of technologies. Knowledge of a variety of testing tools (creative, mobile, automation, non-functional) will immediately add value in proposing all-encompassing solutions to clients in addition to participating in other pre-sales activities. To keep pace with the new trends and solutions we require someone who driven by a passion for innovative thinking to make an impact in the digital domain, within our clients’ testing organizations and on their future.

Coupled with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, you will thrive at the opportunity to manage large complex digital oriented applications and the ability to make tough decisions.

You will know to handle clients and client politics and work with the entire project teams and third parties to make the programme successful

Although this role is primarily billable to a client, you will also have additional responsibilities of building the QA team of Publicis Sapient France by mentoring, hiring, managing people. You will have a peer review role on big programmes to make sure we deliver constantly high value.

Do you have the following?

• As a testing expert, you possess a good knowledge of various test approaches e.g. creative, mobile, automation and performance to make informed and valuable testing decisions
  • Automation testing – When / where to apply it on a project and justify the inclusion/exclusions from scope
  • Automated test experience in BDD using Cucumber for e.g
  • Strong experience of designing and building automation frameworks using WebdriverIO / cypress and JavaScript/java and various Automation Tools (Selenium Webdriver/QTP)
  • Familiar with mobile testing on different OS and latest versions of platform and devices that are used in testing (like Browserstack)
  • Familiar with some of the activities defined in a Performance and Security Test Strategy (experience testing performing logs at the least)

·       Strong understanding of Continuous Integration using Jenkins/Hudson

·       Sound knowledge of NodeJs and its usage in building Functional Automation Suites

·       Strong core java / JS coding experience

·       Solid manual testing experience as automation test cases will be created based on manual test cases

·       Design and Generate automated QA reports at all levels (CEO, Senior Management, SM, Devs, QAs)

·       Mentor and grow Quality Engineers, manage the QA community of practice

·       Build a QA team within Publicis Sapient by hiring people and putting the right structure in place

·       Strong leadership skills with a lot of collaborative skills
