Renault is one of Publicis Groupe's most prestigious clients and the international department is essential to the global ambition of the Renault brand, with local developments being directed centrally.  

 

The Publicis central team is in direct partnership with the client and the various local Publicis Groupe agencies for the development and deployment of strategies and campaigns. The international department is divided into 3 regions: Europe, Latam and Grand International. 

 

This role will be responsible for dealing with the day by day of the account.  

 

The first part of the job is the coordination and daily contact with the local agencies, managing the account across many countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico - to make sure they respect the guidelines for the materials sent and to approve local activations with central team.  

 

The account executive will also be contributing central production dedicated to LATAM markets, from briefing to deliverables. 

 

The year 2024 will be an important one to the business with a lot of opportunities for new projects.  

 

Main missions for the position 

  • Coordinate local countries, local processes, and campaigns 

  • Keep the consistency of the brand’s strategy and make sure countries are following it at local level 

  • Making sure that the advertising campaigns once adapted locally respect the guidelines of the brand 

  • Manage central client (based in Paris) and local agencies. 

  • Support, coach local agencies in their daily initiatives 

  • Prepare weekly reporting presentations of local advertising initiatives 

  • Support on development/creation of campaigns for the LATAM (with different lineup existed from Europe) 


Profil recherché

  • 1/2 years of experience in project management  

  • Previous experiences with coordinating campaigns 

  • Organization  

  • Bilingual in French/English 

  • Previous international experience is a plus 

  • BAC +5 in Marketing or Communication
