The job is based closed to PORTO.

Your main Responsibilities would be to:

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that align with company objectives,

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards,

• Analyze data to make informed purchasing decisions,

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery,

• Launch and support the complete tendering process and select the best supplier regarding your activities,

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements affecting procurement activities.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a buyer, preferably in the industry (automotive, aeronautical…)

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Portuguese, English and French.

• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is advantageous.
