Recruitment process
Talent Acquisition Interview
- The Talent Acquisition team interview aims to have a general assessment, understanding if you have the minimum technical requirements to join the team. Also, we aim to understand your overall profile, communication skills, cultural fit and have some time to answer your questions about the role, team and Prismic in general.
Hiring Manager Interview
- The Hiring Manager interview assesses your hard skills in a more in-depth way, as well as continuing to address soft skills and team fit. You’ll get to know even more about the role and future projects you could be working in.
Home Assignment
- This is the stage of the process where you can showcase your technical skills and expertise, how you manage a small project, and you’ll also be able to meet extra people you’d be working with.
Cultural Interview
- In this stage of the process, you will meet someone from a different team, acting as a third party, who will be responsible for assessing the cultural fit and give you a different angle in getting to know us.
Executive Interview
- The executives enjoy meeting every candidate before they join the company. It’s an opportunity to know more about the vision of the company and discuss high-level topics directly with them.
