🎯As part of the Operations team at Primelis, you will lead client-facing data analysis projects with a 360-degree understanding of digital marketing levers. In this role, you will manage a team of multi-disciplinary experts, ensuring project excellence and strategic alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Director in translating business needs into technical specifications and overseeing client relationship management

  • Provide day-to-day managerial guidance to the ‘Analysis’ team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture

  • Participate in client interactions, including regular weekly calls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic meetings

  • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks and processes to streamline our delivery model and improve operational efficiency

  • Take part in the design of new service offerings and data-driven solutions

  • Assist in the creation of reporting materials such as presentations, analytical summaries, and strategic recommendations

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

📈 Technical Proficiency

  • Solid understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment

  • Working proficiency in SQL and data querying

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing challenges, KPIs, and ecosystem

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written)

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
