Strategic CRM Consulting:
Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into comprehensive CRM strategies.
Develop bespoke CRM roadmaps, outlining tactical execution plans for segmentation, email campaigns, marketing automation, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and data teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technological advancements in customer relationship management to provide proactive insights and recommendations.
High-end Client Relationship Management:
Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients with an international footprint across Europe and the US markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Sales Directors, etc.).
Present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Marketing Automation & Retention Strategies:
Oversee the end-to-end management of complex CRM initiatives, from creating customer journeys to optimizing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).

Experience:
3-4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience working with scale-up and enterprise-level clients.
Proven ability to exceed retention and performance targets on multi-market accounts.
