Today, Reddit plays a key role in organic visibility, brand reputation, and their presence in AI-based search engines.
In this context, we are hiring a work-study student dedicated to Reddit strategies, whose mission will be to help our clients emerge and shine within online communities. You will join our SEO teams and work on premium international clients (e-commerce, lead generation, B2B, etc.).
This is a role that is both strategic and operational, at the intersection of SEO, online communities, and e-reputation.

Key Responsabilities

• In direct connection with the SEO consultants, you will help take our clients’ visibility and e-reputation strategies to the next level on both traditional search engines and conversational engines (LLMs), by developing and activating their Reddit strategies.
  You will be expected to:

  • Analyze and understand how brands are perceived, recommended, and discussed online through qualitative audits

  • Identify key communities and conversations based on industry, country, and user intent

  • Contribute to the deployment of Reddit strategies aimed at strengthening our clients’ e-reputation and visibility

  • Adapt to community norms in order to participate in discussions in a relevant and legitimate way

  • Learn to analyze visibility, engagement, and sentiment signals around brands

  • Help produce insights and strategic recommendations for clients

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our methods and tools

• Student in digital marketing, communications, or business school

• Comfortable in written and spoken English (essential)

• Good knowledge of Reddit: you know the platform, its norms, its rules, and community logic (essential)

• Interested in:

  • Online communities, internet culture

  • SEO and e-reputation

  • New search usages (AI, conversational engines)

• Curious, analytical, and rigorous

• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, analytics tools — training provided if needed)
