Praxedo is a fast-growing SaaS provider in the Field Service Management (FSM) space, supported by a global team headquartered in Paris, France. We serve customers across multiple field service industries with a configurable, reliable, and modern SaaS solution. The international market is focused on European countries outside of the local offices (Spain and Germany), and English speaking countries outside of North America (UK, South Africa, Australia, Asia).

Role Overview

As an International Pre-Sales Engineer, you are the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective global clients. You will support the sales cycle by translating complex business requirements into technical solutions within the Praxedo FSM platform. You will play a critical role in securing the “technical close” for high-value international deals, ensuring that our SaaS solution aligns perfectly with the client’s operational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design & Technical Discovery

  • Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions with international prospects to identify pain points in their field service operations.

  • Architect tailored solutions that demonstrate how Praxedo’s web and mobile applications optimize scheduling, reporting, and technician productivity.

  • Address integration requirements, particularly with ERPs/CRMs (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage X3, etc.).

2. Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoC)

  • Deliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations to stakeholders ranging from field managers to C-level executives.

  • Manage and execute Proof of Concepts (PoC), guiding prospects through trial phases to validate technical feasibility and ROI.

3. Bid Management & RFP Support

  • Take ownership of the functional and technical portions of RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, ensuring accurate and compelling responses to technical questionnaires.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to define the “technical win” strategy for strategic international accounts.

4. Sales Enablement & Feedback Loop

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), training the sales team on new features, AI-powered scheduling, and competitive positioning.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer for the R&D team in Paris, relaying market needs to influence the product roadmap.


Profil recherché

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role, ideally within B2B SaaS or Field Service Management.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, and Cloud architecture. Familiarity with CRM/ERP integrations is a plus.

  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex subjects in a digestible and convincing manner

  • Native in English (at worst fluency)  and French is mandatory.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for on-site client workshops and trade shows occasionally.

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Initial Screen: A first video interview with the Talent Manager.

  • In-Person Interview: A face-to-face meeting with the VP of Sales.

  • Salestest: An on-site assessment to evaluate your closing skills and English proficiency.
