To support our growth, we are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Sales team within our Revenue office.

Missions and activities

As Sales Manager, you will contribute to driving our local and international commercial growth mainly in France and in Europe :

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account management. • Develop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure order targets are achieved. • Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions with customers and partners. • Ensure proper contractual terms to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved. • Collaborate closely with our marketing and customer-success teams. • Represent PowerUp in leading industry and networking events.

You will:

• Work in a collaborative, rapidly growing and high impact start-up environment • Thrive in an international professional setting characterized by flat hierarchies, supportive and collaborative teams located in Paris and Chambery. • Use your area of expertise to develop sales serving energy system transformation towards renewable energy domain acceleration. • Collaborate with other employees passionate about battery asset monitoring, decarbonization, and renewable energy storage. • Benefit from a partial work from home policy.


Profil recherché

• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in BtoB Software sales and/or business development.
• Proven ability to win new logos
• A graduate degree in business or engineering sciences, MBA is a plus.
• Professional experience in startups or greentechs and SaaS business models is a plus.
• An understanding of renewable energy and battery systems and relevant professional networks to support sales (e.g. on safety, asset management, EV fleet management, utilities).
• Proven ability to design and implement successful Challenger sales strategies.
• Integrity and enthusiasm.
• Strong presentation and communication skills including experience in contractual negotiations.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Fluency in French and English with proficiency in another language a plus.
