To support our continued growth, we are hiring a Group Marketing Manager based in Lille.
This key role within Powerling combines strategic vision, strong operational execution, and growth marketing, with a significant focus on the North American market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Marketing & Growth

  • Deploy growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Drive digital performance: SEO/SEA, analytics, CRO, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Produce and coordinate high-value content: white papers, case studies, articles, sales collateral.
  • Implement ABM strategies and effective acquisition funnels.

International Brand Development

  • Position Powerling as a key player in the GCSP ecosystem.
  • Strengthen global visibility through international campaigns, media relations, and B2B influence initiatives.
  • Adapt messaging and marketing initiatives to each of the group’s markets (Europe, North America, APAC).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regions and communication channels.

Internal Coordination & Team Support

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, Production, and Executive teams.
  • Develop marketing and sales tools (pitch decks, content, value propositions).
  • Support international offices in their local marketing activities.

Profil recherché

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or communication agency, ideally on international projects.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market.
  • Mastery of digital marketing levers: inbound, SEO/SEA, automation, CRM, analytics.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.

  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on performance.
  • Ability to combine creativity, rigor, and analytical thinking.
  • Autonomous, agile, and results-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary: €50,000 – €60,000 per year
  • Variable compensation: up to 15%, based on performance (lead generation, campaign impact, pipeline growth, global visibility)
