As pony’s first Acquisition Manager your job is to fuel the growth of our pony angel community with extremely effective online acquisition campaigns. You will use your sharp analytical skills and your relevant experience to put these campaigns together and run the best tests and iterations.

What you will be doing

• Design and implement funnel optimisation strategies
• Design and implement online marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Social ads, Retargetting etc.)
• Analyse the performance of campaigns (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Segment, Hotjar, Amplitude …)
• Improve the performance every day through relentless adjustments
• Run special acquisition related projects in coordination with the Product team
• Design and manage our referral programs

The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally combining business consulting and startup experience
• Passionate about performance marketing campaign optimisation
• Deep understanding of Social Ads
• Deep understanding of Google (SEA, Display, SEO)
• Extensive knowledge of existing analytics and marketing tools
• Experience with data-based decision-making (excellent excel/sheet skills is a minimum requirement)
• You love to automate things
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of objectives to ensure they are achieved (no excuse policy)
• Willingness to impress
• Fluency in English and French is required
