We are looking for a Growth manager to join our Marketing team in Bordeaux. On a daily basis, you will be involved in :
Designing, implementing and optimising acquisition
Developing the various lead generation channels and deploying inbound and outbound strategies
Designing and implementing funnel optimisation strategies
Strengthening the brand through visibility tactics
What you will do?
You will lead campaigns to increase the number of users and pony Angels. You will be in charge of identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive acquisition and revenue :
Design and implement funnel optimisation strategies
Design and implement lead generation strategies: new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, testing new approaches to capture existing demand
Design and implement online marketing campaigns: emailing campaigns, search, CRM, display, native advertising, social media, content development and optimisation, advertising, etc
Define and implement creative promotions strategies to be spread through viral marketing, or word-of-mouth
Run special acquisition-related projects in coordination with the Product team
Participate in the commercial strategy in coordination with the Sales account manager and the Product manager
Recommend and manage A/B testing
You will be in charge of analysing campaign performances, marketing data, and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.), and building reports to help shape future marketing strategies.
You will be working closely with other teams to share ideas, and feedback & present results.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in growth management, performance marketing, traffic management or acquisition management
Passionate about performance marketing and campaign optimisation
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of objectives to ensure they are achieved
Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate creative ideas
Command of main analytics, automation, advertising and marketing tools is a big plus (Hubspot, Branch, Outreach, Planable, Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA, Firebase, Onesignal, Clearbit, Heap etc.)
