About the Demand Generation Marketing Role

We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Marketer responsible for driving MQLs that accelerate revenue growth for our US Sales team. You will define, implement, and analyze multi-channel demand generation programs like paid social, emails or sponsored media. Your goal: generate strong inbound pipeline revenue and brand awareness. 

You would be the very first Growth Marketing hire in our New York office. As such, you will have a very visible and impactful role. You will collaborate strongly with our US Country Manager, PlayPlay’s co-founder, but also with our Inbound Sales team. You will also be helped a lot by our Global Marketing team, based in Paris, composed of 10 talented Marketers working in Content, Paid acquisition and PMM. All willing to help you achieve your goals!

MISSIONS 💪

  • Benchmark, suggest ideas and optimization for our paid social & SEA campaigns to generate MQLs that turn well into SQLs.
  • Map sponsored media opportunities and negotiate impactful operations that drive both awareness and lead generation for PlayPlay (eg. sponsored articles, dedicated newsletters…)
  • Design and launch strategy to improve PlayPlay presence on Review and Comparison sites (G2 or similar).
  • Write and build email nurture programs in Hubspot that incite action to increase lead scores.
  • Create a strong feedback loop with sales to continuously optimize program performance and identify opportunities.
  • Suggest and manage ABM campaigns to optimize our acquisition and expand on key US accounts.
  • Analyze website performance, benchmark to identify best practices and suggest website UX, UI and content improvement  to increase visitors-to-leads ratio.
  • Easily generate and test new versions of landing pages (headlines, CTA, forms, copywriting…) to optimize paid campaigns performances.
  • Manage event planning and onsite logistics, with the help of a junior resource you would lead.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation.
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • Initial successful Marketing experience of at least 2 year(s) in a fast-growing SaaS company (past experience with Lead Gen, Paid Acquisition, content, marketing automation, web analytics…).
  • Analytics tools CRM: good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot & Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills and planning skills.
  • Experience in lead scoring methodology and techniques.
  • Experience with social ads & SEA (social ads, google ads...).
  • Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus, given the majority of our growth will be through sales revenue (not self served).

  • The Estimated salary range is 90 000$ - 130 000$ Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications
