To kick off 2022, PlayPlay is launching its first US office in New York City. This role is focused on the US market.

We are looking for seasoned Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team in the US. You will work closely with ClĂ©ment — our co-founder who's moving to NYC — a global sales team, and a US-focused team composed AEs, SDRs, and BDRs. Your main task will be to expand PlayPlay's key accounts in the region with a focus on large companies (10,000+ employees).

We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the US market, an entrepreneurial mindset, ambition to open a new market, and an interest in the video industry.

YOUR MISSIONS đŸ’Ș

Expand PlayPlay's Largest and Most Strategic Accounts

  • Develop and optimise our expansion strategy to increase our footprint in PlayPlay's biggest current clients.
  • Map these Key Accounts to understand their organizational structure, the different departments, and their roles within the US.
  • Create strong connections and relationships with our champions and clients + put in place actions and creative outreach to build the relationships
  • Identify key contacts who will help you grow the accounts
  • Prospect these contacts and C-levels in order to accelerate the expansion
  • Work in tandem with the Customer Success and Strategic Customer Success managers in order to build the relationships with these accounts by organizing webinars, events, lunches, and other actions to build the accounts.
  • Negotiate and put in place framework agreements to allow for easier growth
  • Data Tracking

  • Track the activity and data of these accounts through our CRM, SalesForce
  • Create internal reports on your key accounts with forecasting for each account
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • At least 5 years of Sales experience in the tech industry, ideally working for SaaS companies. ⭐
  • Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers and expanding existing accounts.
  • Previous experience of working in the US market as a B2B Account Executive or Account Manager.
  • A previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus.
  • Native English required.
