To get there, we’re after the best talent on the market!

To begin 2022 in style, PlayPlay is launching its second European office in Berlin. This role is focused on the DACH market.

Working closely with our Country Manager DACH Sophie and the DACH sales team, your main task will be to create a pipeline of potential PlayPlay customers for our Account Executives.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, the ambition to help open a new market and an interest in the video industry.

MISSIONS 💪

Business Development

  • Develop the outbound sales strategy for the German-speaking market
  • Identify prospects and find the contact details of decision-makers
  • Contact potential customers in a creative and ULTRA personalized way (Linkedin, Twitter, email, PlayPlay video) to book demos
  • Carry out continuous follow-ups with the prospects
  • Book demo meetings for the Account Executives
  • Prepare these meetings and support AEs in all pre-sales phases
  • Attend meetings with the AEs to get to know the potential clients you have qualified
  • Follow-up

  • Draft a weekly and monthly report of your results
  • Update the information in our CRM on a daily basis
  • Cross-team projects

  • Work with the Marketing team to publish strategic content that generates and cultivates new leads
  • Provide customer feedback to the Customer Success and Product teams
  • REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • First experience in Sales Development (including internships) ⭐️
  • Fluent German and English
  • Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers
  • Interest in our industry (content/social media/video)
