    Founded in the United States and developed in Toulouse, Pictarine creates mobile applications in the world of photography to give photos a second meaning.

    The popular Picta apps allow millions of US customers to instantly print their photos through a partner network of over 20,000 Walgreens, CVS and Walmart stores.

    Less is more: A strong emphasis in UX, testing, and data make up the core of Pictarine’s DNA leading to the creation of the simplest (and most enjoyable) possible experiences for its customers.

    Pictarine also launches new products monthly, never resting on its laurels and striving to maintain a spirit of constant innovation.

    Job description

    Pictarine is looking for its future Partnership Developer to accelerate its growth. You will join the Partnership Team, currently made up of 2 people.

    Reporting directly to the Partnership Manager, your role will be to oversee current and potential partnerships of Pictarine. You are the point of entry and you represent the image of Pictarine. You do everything in your power to ensure that partnerships lead to numerous commercial successes and contribute to Pictarine’s growth.

    For that, here are some of your missions:

    • Develop and retain the portfolio of existing partners;
    • Engage, structure, negotiate, and sign prospects and / or existing partners in order to meet and exceed acquisition targets;
    • Ensure operational monitoring and performance analysis to determine the main success factors (reporting, invoicing, legal, and contractual monitoring);
    • Explore new opportunities and ensure continuous monitoring in order to identify innovative channels for growth and new spaces for development;
    • Coordinate internally with other teams to develop adequate partnership offers;
    • Polish Pictarine’s image and refine the content that will inspire and motivate future partners.

    Preferred experience

    • You have 2 years max experience in the successful development and animation of partner networks;
    • You speak both English and French fluently with irreprochable written communication skills;
    • You have excellent sales and interpersonal skills, allowing you to adapt to decision-makers in all sectors and at all levels;
    • You have a taste for challenge and you are result-oriented. Finding new clients / partners is a mission on which you thrive;
    • You are highly detailed, organized, and planning-oriented, with exceptional follow-through as well as a proactive source of initiatives and proposals;
    • You have the ability to be independent, self-motivated, and take on responsibility, but to also evolve in a constantly changing environment;
    • You are thirsty to learn and are passionate about new trends and technologies;
    • You are curious, open-minded, and you like to work in a company with a start-up spirit.

    Recruitment process

    • Interview with Marine, Talent Manager (30-45’)
    • Interview with Meghan, Partnership Manager (60-90’)
    • Practical test (duration according to test)
    • Interview with the founders of Pictarine (120’)
