The Role
We are looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead our finance function. You will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, reporting, and ensuring strong financial operations. Depending on your experience, this role could either be:
A Senior Finance Manager who evolves into a Head of Finance over time.
A seasoned Head of Finance who has already led finance teams in a scaling SaaS or B2B company.
This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to founders, with significant ownership over financial strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
Financial Strategy & Planning: Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide strategic decisions.
Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and support fundraising efforts if needed.
Revenue & SaaS Metrics Analysis: Track key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) and provide insights to drive growth.
Accounting & Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial reporting in collaboration with external accountants.
Operational Finance: Improve financial processes, implement systems, and support pricing strategies.
Investor Relations: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for investors and board meetings.

✅ Experience:
For Senior Finance Manager: 5+ years in finance roles, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or tech startups.
For Head of Finance: 7+ years of experience, including prior leadership in a scaling SaaS or B2B company.
Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, FP&A, and financial modeling.
Experience working with debt fundraising is a plus.
