Purpose of the position:
Martell cognac is a strategic brand for Pernod Ricard group, with 2 big geographical scopes: Asia and US/Africa.
US/Africa are a key focus for the brand, as Martell needs to diversify & expand its geographical footprint.
Working on the whole Martell range, the Senior Brand Manager Education & Advocacy
will play a transversal role for the Martell team, with a specific focus on recruitment.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager Brand Architecture & Activation Growth Relays, he will be responsible for engaging trade stakeholders to ensure a strong understanding of brand credentials & engaging bartender community. Provide content & tools for all internal spokespersons (mainly Brand Ambassadors worldwide and Trade salesforce) who interact with clients. Become the face of the portfolio to consumers, brand ambassadors, media and the trade.
The role requires strong story-telling and presentation capabilities, with ability to engage diversified audiences. He will collaborate with many profiles: Extended Marketing team from Brand Architecture, through Digital to Hospitality team in Cognac. But also working in close collaboration with a multi-cultural network of local Brand Ambassadors, and talented & influential bartenders.
He will certainly be passionate about the brand, cognac and spirits industry, willing to share his passion and to create long-lasting emotional connections between Martell and the people he meets along the way.

COORDINATE AND ANIMATE OUR GLOBAL BRAND AMBASSADOR NETWORK
MANAGE AND NURTURE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR GLOBAL MASTER MIXOLOGIST
BUILD STRATEGY TO FOSTER BARTENDERS & KOLS ADVOCACY GLOBALLY

You have a master's degree in marketing, communication, media etc.
You have at least 5 years' professional experience in marketing, ideally in
prestige segment and/or wine & spirits sector
You are fluent in both English and French
