The Team

Pernod Ricard has set a significant ambition for spirit based Ready-to-Drink (RTDs) & Convenience leveraging our spirits brands to offer premium RTD & Convenience propositions.

The RTD Finance team specifically is currently made of 2 people, and we are now recruiting 2 new colleagues to support us in :

•  harmonizing the RTD finance landscape
• enabling the organization to accelerate the ambition defined by providing valuable data driven insights for decision making
•  resource optimization and business set up

Your Missions

RTD HQ Financial control:

• Monitoring of Central Marketing expenses and Structure costs for the RTD BU
• Supporting in Forecasts and Budget (planning monitoring, reports preparation etc.) and analysis of Distance to Go
• Responsible for Purchase Orders tracking

RTD Reporting and Performance tracking:

• Monitoring of RTD performance dashboards (Power Bi)
• Proactive tracking of RTD portfolio to ensure Master Data Hub maintenance
• Support Finance Manager in Business Reviews to RTD Leadership Team and other stakeholders
• Proactively improve reports and processes to fit business needs

Support wider team in ad hoc projects:

• With the support of Finance Manager, participate in the several transversal projects building the new BU landscape (e.g. Revenue Growth Management guidelines set up and Cogs audit & analysis, Value creation P&Ls, etc.)

You

• You are a Master’s student studying Finance and are fluent in English
• You have previous experience in finance, finance controlling or business analysis
• You have strong business performance & data analysis skills
• You are comfortable using tools such as Excel and PowerBI
• You are flexible and adaptable
• You like to work in a team
