Perifit is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our organic search optimization efforts and drive growth in site traffic, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for our website and online content.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across all web properties to improve our organic search rankings and maximize visibility in search engine results.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search phrases and implement these findings across our content.
Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as clicks, impressions, and engagement.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Stay abreast of the latest SEO tools, trends, and techniques and share this knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct SEO audits and implement necessary technical SEO fixes.
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
Partner with cross-functional teams for SEO optimization of landing pages and user experience.
Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels to improve rankings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and techniques.
Experience with SEO reporting and analytic tools.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, website administrations, and XML Sitemaps would be a plus.
