As Head of Business Development at Perifit, your primary role will be to drive the growth and success of our product in retail and pharmacy locations. You will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and managing relationships with retailers, increasing brand visibility, and meeting sales targets.
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the retail and pharmacy sectors.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for retail staff to ensure they understand the unique benefits of Perifit and can convey these to customers.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer preferences to guide sales efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and customer feedback.
💯 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
🦾 Proven experience in sales. 4 years min. in consumer electronic field would be ideal.
🤝🏼 Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence.
💬 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
🚀 Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development.
🦸 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
❤️ Knowledge about the health/wellness industry is a plus.
