You’ll play a key role in managing all incoming B2B requests and ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, marketing, and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn about international B2B sales, international distribution and account management.
Manage all Inbound leads and requests from our shared inbox, ensuring timely replies and redirecting them to the right Key Account Manager (KAM) when relevant.
Handle Tier 3 accounts (small to medium resellers) through follow-up templates and automation to maintain engagement and increase order volume.
Monitor online vendors to ensure compliance with our pricing policy and terms & conditions, flagging any issues to the sales team.
Support account operations: complete setup forms for new clients, send marketing materials, and occasionally provide online product training.
Maintain our B2B portal: update product listings, pricing, and documents, and assist in the transition to a new platform in 2026.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with our partners.
Student in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Master’s or equivalent).
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken – other European languages are a plus.
Highly organized, with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Excel/Sheets, e-commerce or B2B platforms).
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn how international sales operations work.
Previous experience in Sales or a strong sales acumen.
